2. Handling Time

・In-stock items: Ships within 3-5 business days.

・Pre-order items: Ships within 3-7 business days after the item arrives at our company following the official release date.

Handling times may be extended during holidays.

・Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local conditions in the destination country.

・One transaction number is issued per order.

・Orders with different transaction numbers are shipped separately, and each shipment incurs its own shipping fee.

5. Additional Charges (Customs & Taxes)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country at the time of customs clearance.
All such charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid in accordance with local regulations.

For customers in the United States

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has ended the de-minimis exemption for imports under USD $800.
Because of this, a 10% customs duty will be added at checkout.
You will not need to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery.


6. Returned Shipments

Shipments may be returned to us for reasons such as customs issues, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address.

In such cases:

・We will notify you when the package has been returned to our shop.

・Reshipment: The original shipping fee plus the reshipping fee must be paid by the customer.

・Refund: If you choose a refund instead of reshipment, we will refund the item price minus the original shipping fee and any handling charges.

・Any shipping or carrier fees incurred during the return process are also the customer’s responsibility.
